I received back an email from CBC, confirming that the cougar video from their show is only viewable in Canada. They did not know why that restriction was put on. They normally also post all those shows on Youtube so anyone can view them, but that show has not been posted. Yet anyway. They offered no time frame, or IF it will be posted on youtube, or made world viewable. You can also set youtube videos to be viewable by country as well if they do decide to put it up there.
