there's a stone around my leg

livamyyo

As the colt trotted around her, Livamyyo stood almost perfectly still, only her head turning this way and that to track the stranger’s movement. Her back hoof was cocked in the appearance of calm, but really, if he should venture too close, she would strike out at him with it. Dreadbite had taught her many useful things but Livamyyo had never truly gotten to play like a child should, and so she watched the colt’s playful display with suspicion and contempt.

When he made the grievous offence of touching her, the filly swung her rump and sent both rear hooves in his direction – perhaps he would think it all in jest, but Liv was quite serious. As quickly as her resolve had broken, the girl returned to her ever-watchful, statue-like stance. His chuckle only served to raise her suspicions tenfold and it did not surprise her that the he should at least partially confirm her thoughts in not so many word – that the spirits needed to warn her about him.

She snorted. ”I am not that naïve.” she stated plainly and with a flick of her tail, she began to walk back toward the jungle from which she came. She was careful, however, to keep the strange creature out of her blind spot.
