Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

LIKE A WALK IN THE PARK, LIKE A HOLE IN YOUR HEAD
The girl was wandering again, however today she had no destination or purpose in mind. There was no need to hunt today, for her den was full to the brim with all kinds of things. Some of her favorite trophies had rotted away, leaving only skeletons in their wake, and the thought of a bunch of bones disgusted her. If only there was a way to make things last beyond death- that was the true issue, and one that she could spend a lifetime trying to figure out. She danced across the rocks with a sort of feminine grace, her off-white and grey coat blowing in the wind that the stormclouds had brought. They were gathering in the distance but already Ehiyeh could feel the electricity in the air, and it was exhilarating.

She enjoyed storms, mostly because it drove all other wolves into the safety of their dens, leaving her free to explore without risk of running into someone. It appeared that today she would not be so lucky, as she spotted a female that appeared to be around her age sniffing around a hole. Ehiyeh paused and let out a sigh- it seemed as though when she wanted to avoid others, fate seemed to just put them directly in her path.

Ehiyeh's ears flicked forwards as she saw the hare dart out, unfortunately in the opposite direction to herself, and the female gave chase. She could have done with a snack- after all, she had enough rabbits and rabbit parts in her den to last her quite a while. It was peculiar, she was different when hunting for food than she was hunting for trophies- food seemed almost inconsequential to her, she didn't offer it the same rapt attention that she gave to the latter.

With a roll of her eyes- at herself, of course- Ehiyeh picked up her paws and meandered over towards the stranger, her head at a curious tilt. "Did your meal escape you?" Her tones were rough but high-pitched, almost sing-song, and the way that she spoke had an interesting sort of cadence to it. "It's going to storm, you know. Why aren't you safe at home in your den?" The words were almost accusatory, as if the girl being out here was some sort of mistake. And it almost was, given that Ehiyeh had run into her. She had simply wanted to enjoy a walk, but social constructs now deemed that she was to be a part of a conversation.
