Taika smiled almost wistfully to herself, even as the waves lapped against her skin, threatening to cover her face. Their unexpected detour had turned out to be not entirely unpleasant. Her surprise rendezvous left her oddly curious. She had been happy to see the stallion she had met as a colt, but something else had washed over her. Something that had made her feel very odd indeed. But it was different. It was something to explore later. Currently, she was leading Argento to a different island, this time occasionally speaking over the waves to insist she was going the right way this time. She would not let Inka down.

At last her hooves started to scrape against the sandy bottom of the Paradise beaches. She raced up the shallow slopes until at last she pulled herself, dripping, from the water with splashes that surrounded her in flying clear water.

Her first time on the island was awe inspiring! Cliffs adorned with mosses and vines that held large flowers of stunning colors. A forest could be seen above the cliff with large broad leaves that could block out of the sun from the forest floor. Parrots squawked at the strangers, peering at them with large yellow eyes. Taika stared wide-eyed at the world around her and knew instantly this was the world her brother would have claimed, this was the magical place the elf prince would have felt home and called forth the magic that stirred so strongly within the siblings. Indeed, she took a deep breath and already felt at home in the rainforest. Forgetting to even shake away the sea water that still ran from her body, she looked back and smiled impishly at her charge.I think we found it this time! Come on! Let’s go find him!
