Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

So Mote It Be...

Her grin brightened the skies as the big wolf turned to look at her. Seeing him brought back to life, his body whole and healed brought her the happiness she did not know she had been missing. The last time they had seen each other he had been limping and denied her help, what little she would have been able to give. But it seemed as though the world had taken him in and returned him to his former glory. Or at least so she could see.

Tail gracefully awag, she burried her nose into his rough. She was still so much smaller than him, but the white of his fur still blended with and covered her face. She bowed her form in happiness, banner still swaying in the air above her as he spoke to her. Pride in the voice of an adult was not something she was used to and it filled her with an incredibly delight.

Too long. She corrected easily with a small hint of a grin. There have been so many things to find, and so many storms gone unseen. It was amazing what a few seasons did to a child’s thoughts and mannerisms. Weeks of boredom and wandering, discovering things on her own. I have been bored. ...Lost. And lonely. For seasons she had been on the brink of discovery and wonder, only to lose it or have it slip through her paws. Even so much as sitting on the banks of the beaches she watched the storms pass over the distant waters. They were always just out of reach, their power making the waves lap tamely at her feet.

Now he stood before her and once more there was something to dive into.
