and deadly as the dawn
Sub-zero's body still glimmers from the icy waters of the bay as he makes his way through this land. The mud clinging to his lower legs and strands of hair. He looked like what some would say a monster...complete with a creepily handsome scarred face. The steady stream of steam rolling off his body making him look ethereal, as if he was a mystic. His bright blue eyes striking against his navy blue body in the dark of night. It is some time around eleven pm or midnight when he is moving slowly and almost eerily silent through this new land. A small smirk draws across his face. His muscular body halts some feet within the Inlet's borders.
A snort escapes his flared nostrils, shooting out a puff of heated air as if he thought he were a dragon. However, he would be the dragon of ice. This will do nicely. He speaks his dark, deep voice not really intended for anyone's ears. More like an oath, to himself. He would challenge the leader of this place. He needed a place to call home, and a cold, icy one to match him at that.
A sudden commotion of twigs snapping and leaves crunching assaults his dark-rimmed ears and he is standing squarely and ready for anything to come at him. Come out. I know you're here. He laughs, a deep rumble that seems to vibrate from within his chest outward. However, his words were not a request but a demand. His scar-laden face is swiveled in the direction of the sounds, his muscles rippling under his velvet inky skin as he moves towards the sound, unafraid. Sub-zero was nothing, if not ever scared of anything. He faced death with pride and would never give up until his last breath. This place would be his, or he would die trying.
