Mischief Is Afoot

The male wolf continued to eye the female across from him, taking in her demeanor. She was quite giddy, acting similar to that of a pup. She always seemed amused by some inside joke he wasn't aware of. Her air was one of playfulness, and the spark in her eyes never seemed to die. To the larger wolf it was a pleasant surprise, and a rather nice change of pace. Most wolves he'd encountered weren't exactly friendly.

She giggled once again, pausing her sentence momentarily. It surprised the male how she spoke of life, seeming to understand the hardships of being alone. With that thought he began to wonder if she was indeed alone out here, without a pack, or anything for that matter. He was about to inquire her about the idea further before he noticed the look on her face.

A very amused face, wolffish grin, and mischief filled eyes.

She proposed a game, before tilting her head to lean slightly to the left. The sight might have been cute if her eyes didn't hold that look. One of pure mischievousness. The male wolf had to take a moment to consider her words, being throw of kilter by the sudden request. There wouldn't be any harm in a game, and the male found an urge to prove himself. Finding his voice he responded, "A game you say? Do you always offer games to strange wolves?" He tried to keep his voice neutral, but his own amusement slipped through, along with a slight smirk. "Who knows, I could be a big bad wolf." Taking several steps in her direction, the large wolf peered her down, awaiting her reaction.
