Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Zelda

Why couldn’t things just stay calm for a while? Stay peaceful? Was peace something that was unobtainable for Moladion? That was all she wanted was for a peace to fall that was like when she was young. No wars, no troubles, even the cannibals were seemingly happy under the reign of the Monster in Asteraia. Nowadays it just seemed like an endless line of trouble. Still her worry for Lazarus right now came before anything else. She would assure his safety then worry about the new leader in Iromar later, as well as come up with a plan to help the children that had been taken from Aster and Pine. There was a lot to do, but she was certain until she figured out where Lazarus was that she wouldn’t be doing anything else.

Thankfully though her prayers were answered. He was safe. Her head snapped around as she hears his voice answering her call. She was so relieved. The tension in her chest quickly dissipated, a full breath of air was finally taken after so long of what felt like she was holding it. She spotted him between the rocks for a moment not far away, quickly skipping over the rocks before seeing him poke out and slowly start making his own way towards her. As she quickly closed the distance between them, she only paused for a moment a few feet away to look him over and ensure his safety and good health. Thankfully her feelings had been right, he was unharmed and okay for the most part.

His stuttered words yanked her out of her looking over him though. Though by the time he finished them she closed the remaining space between them and locked herself in a tight hug around the similar sized male. She was so relieved so happy, and he seemed just like his normal self and just fine. She felt her eyes burn as tears threatened to escape, perhaps he could hear it in her voice as she said not backing away from him just yet. ”I came looking for you, silly.” She let out a half laugh at that. Perhaps he didn’t know the gravity of what was going on over there, or perhaps it was her own anxiety that caused her to be such a mess right now. She always counted on his sister to keep him safe, she never worried about him or how he was doing before. To have that feeling tested as a shock to say the least.

She backed away after she regained her composure a bit. ”I was worried about you when your sister turned up in Taviora without you. She’s okay too.” For the most part. Zelda held back that bit of information for the moment. She felt terrible for what happened to Aster and Pine. She couldn’t imagine the feeling of having your child under the threat of someone like that… Zelda imagined it was a bit like how she felt worried to any degree Lazarus was in that boat. Imprint bonds were powerful, and she always heard a mother’s bond with her child was a powerful bond as well. She didn’t know how many details he knew about what had gone on, or if he was simply run out. Lucky for him then that they didn’t realize he would have been quite useful to keep around. She was grateful for that.

”You are okay, right?” She asked again, just making sure of his own wellbeing. With him safe and sound, she could hopefully get him to come along to Taviora and keep him close… she never wanted to take him from his sister, his family, but having him close would be a nice change as well. With him there she would get to see him more as well as get to work on figuring out how to get their young family members back.
