Susil Crags

Disaster has struck!
The Crags are a series of rocky formations with small caves and crevices throughout. Many of the lower-lying areas of the Crags have been flooded, however, with water pouring in from the Northern stretches of Moladion. Some paths have been completely submerged, and some are nothing more than a few rocky peaks sticking out of the water. The water is fairly slow moving but begins to pick speed up towards the Grotto, becoming a series of intense rapids and waterfalls as it nears the Grotto's entrance.

The area itself is still traversible. However, it can be risky. Large amounts of debris can enter the waterway, creating bridges at times but also creating dams that break and cause ocassional flash-flooding. Be careful, travelers! One wrong step and you could end up finding out where the water goes.

Note: Susil Crags will return to normal once 25 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes.

this is the end

It had been too long and he still couldn't find a trace of Azure. He knew better than to think she was gone. She wouldn't walk away, not this time. He left her and found happiness. She would never forgive him for that. Never. He knew there had to be other assassins out in Moladian, looking for him or she probably already pointed them right to his den. So now it was just figuring out her end game. If she wanted to kill Malleah and Lucia, she would have done it already. She was tormenting him, keeping him paranoid. Mind games were her favorite to play. He looked twice at every stranger, waiting for them to give some sign that they knew more than they were letting on. They would blend in, look like just another loner. He couldn't trust anything or anyone.

That's when he saw her. Something about her was familiar. He had kept to himself when he ran with the assassins so he didn't really make any friends. He didn't want attachments cause all too often, the rookies went sent on missions and didn't come back. It saddened him sometimes, especially when they were young and exuberant. To know their lives had been snuffed out just like that angered him too. Snuffed out for what? A mission? A target? It wasn't worth it. None of it was worth it. The female looked stressed and restless but her scent was from another time. He spent most of his time with Azure, learning, trying to find some kind of kinship with his crazy and very dead father, Devil May Cry. But the female was familiar and she was here. She had to be one.

He straightened up and faced her head on, his lips twitching but he didn't want to show hostility first. That might be what Azure wants. His tail went up but he didn't curl it over his spine. He pricked his ears and narrowed his eyes, his voice soft but straight to the point. "What do you want? Did she send you? You here to finish me?"
