Glorall

Disaster has struck!
Flooding from the north has taken its toll on Glorall. The large tides combined with the increase in water draining from the Ruieze River has flooded the lower regions of the pack. The sandy soil, compounded with so much water, has toppled a lot of trees. Traveling is difficult even when the water is shallower, with the sandy soil below being difficult to find traction on. The daily tides seem to keep the level of flooding fairly consistent, too.

During the low tide, wolves may be able to move around the higher dunes (with some difficulty) but during high tide, the pack is almost impossible to safely navigate. Swimming is possible, but the risk of currants and surges from either the ocean or the river are very real. The island off of the coast of Glorall is untouched by either issue, although it is incredibly difficult to find your way there without being an adept swimmer with plenty of good luck!

Note: Glorall will reopen once 30 posts have been completed (or at Staff discretion). During this time, new threads will receive a 'Surprise','Disaster', and prizes. Glorall is currently not open for challenges.

The conclusion was firm in her mind after interacting with Segin; she couldn't stay out of the game in the coming winter. With the fact, Grimoire chose to make her winter what she wanted within the parameters of instictual need. Of the males she currently related to, Eden was the best choice for her to devote herself to. He was confident and clever and knew his core. As a result, she needn’t cater to a fickle ego and could indulge her volitile nature. As mates, Grimoire felt more was obtainable with the pair of the . After all, she was not stagnant, and her activity allowed for her influence to spread through Moladion - and he, via mate-status to her, would have some pull over all she gained. Politics would likely get in the way sometimes, but even if they fought, she doubted he was fragile enough to let an argument destroy their foundation of respect.

Grimoire returned to the edge of Glorall for Eden. She never foreforesaw devoting herself to the roll of a “mate” before. The change in life course was nerveracking. It left her toes tingly and her vision dazzling. The trees she passed were decorations along her path, and she admired the ruby and amber leaves in their branches. The affair made her feel full of life in a lighter way than hunting or chasing phantoms. The pressure heated her from the inside out, and made her tapdance on the spot. Grimoire’s mind attatched itself to the anxiousness, which sent her heartbeat fluttering with such delight it made her stomach hurt.

At the edge of the Fortitude’s home, Grimoire tilted her head back and howled for him. Her gleaming eyes observed the sparse forest, eager to catch sight of Eden. Meanwhile, her nose reveled in the salty scent of the ocean; could she settle here? Grimoire hummed in thought, imagining returning to a set den (she’d never owned one). The pack certainly seemed stable enough for puppy raising. It was all quite charming; unexplored areas of life often were.
