Narrow angles...Short eyes...Small optic disc heads, small CD ratio doesnt mean it's normal in these patients!!!
Normal IOP doesn't rule out intermittent spikes. Narrow angles can have intermittent closures and with time can lead to chronic glaucoma(TM damage) and that's why you need documentation and baseline assessment.
