The "Red Flag" Law

This law is nothing more than another "feel good" measure by gun control advocates and is analogous to putting a band aid on a hemorrhage. What's needed is a rewrite of the 2nd Amendment that forbids ownership of all handguns by people other than law enforcement and militarists. We forbid machine gun ownership by civilians, so why not handguns?
