Solaris

The first set of words from the Fjord hit her ears and Solaris could only think of the strange accent she possessed. Maybe she was the child of a foreigner or perhaps she was one herself. She was intrigued to know, but also more inclined to tell her to run. An islander may know the dangers of Warsaw, but not an outsider washed up here by the cruel side of fate. The young mare clocked in red stands and Solaris was able to get a good look at her.

She had not seen any others with a body type like hers. She was shorter, but also thicker. Her color seemed to fade out around her barrel in an interesting way she had never seen before and her hair was much different too. Unlike, Ylva her manners were lacking. She looked the filly up and down like the outsider she was. Solaris smiles as she says she was fine, but she didn't stop her crazy looks until the filly mentions death.

She hadn't even though about this filly's wellbeing or how rough of a travel path she had taken to get here. Now that she was looking, the filly did look pretty rough. Her mouth opens to speak but closes again as Ylva looks around the quiet Inlet. She comments on the absence of others, but Solaris shakes her head. "We are not alone here." Someone somewhere was probably watching or at least would be soon.

"Where are you from?" She couldn't keep the question from spitting out. Her curiosity was great and she found it hard to hold herself back. She waited for the answer, but soon after Ylva told her tale she grew worried. They have been here for far too long.

She had a feeling she should give this red mare some information. Might help her make her own decisions on staying or not so she didn't have to feel guilty. "My name is Solaris and I was born here, granddaughter of the Earl. The island you have washed up on is called Tinuvel and this section of the island is called the Inlet."

She begins to look around in every direction. "You should go and never look back to this island. You should go..." Her voice grows lower and begins to trail off until she immediately stops talking. Her eyes widen as her gaze locks on the stallion approaching them.
