The Majesty of the world

Liland was a rather peaceful stallion, but he had no qualms in defending what is his and any he considers friends and family. This land, the bay was his, Zjeena was his family now and hopefully more would be as well. He was 10 years old and knew the ways of life well. He knew that becoming a herd stallion most likely will at some point mean he would have to fight another stallion for what ever reason, be it his land, his mares any thing really and he was willing to do so. However; he was also not against deals and treaty's and the like.

He was grazing currently while Zjeena seemed to be dozing not far off. He barely ever let his new mare out of his site. He knew he would have to at some point but the fear of doing so and loosing her scared him. That was why he had to find other stallions to join his herd too. More eyes, not that the mares couldn't defend themselves.

His ears twitch at the call. At this point he could not decipher if the other was in his land or just on the border but Liland could be very territorial and only having himself and one mare he was very careful. He took off immediately from his spot sending out his own call. Of warning at the time. However; he didn't feel like the other was coming closer as the call seemed to come a distance.

It only took him a short gallop however; to see the Andalusian styled horse over the border, not by far but still enough to cause Liland's ears to be pinned back and liland to arch his neck in a display as he approached. However; He was still cautious as he eyed the other stallion. However; size didn't scare him cause size was not all that could win a fight if one erupted. But how did he really want to approach? Did he want to attack right off the front? Or should he treat this as a foolish stallion not knowing bounderies? He looked well inclined to know what bounderies were, but still.

What has brought you onto my land? without being invited? He speaks as he comes to a halt a safe distance from the other but still a distance he could easily be by him in three strides of a trot. He stomped a hoof. His tail flicked and one ear remained back while the other on the intruder.
