Bill,
There is no doubt that China could retaliate in many ways for our use of tariffs but that is no reason for us to continue to allow forced loss of our technical capability and unfair trade practices. The real question is if we cannot make the game fair when they are so dependent on our market we will never do so. I believe the rest of the world, unlike John Kerry, is pulling for our success. They must be very careful, any market slow down with 1.5 Billion people to feed could turn very serious.
