She walks with Liland, not quite beside him, but falling behind. She knew giving respect meant letting him lead as the dominant stallion here. The silence between them didn't last long as Liland began speaking of his recent experience with her older brother. She stares at the back of his head as he speaks. Worry quickly fills her eyes, but she can see Liland would be alright. If he couldn't fight her brother he would find safety and that was inpatient for the hers he was building. Some saw that as being a whimp, but not her. It was smart and how you survived.

Her head bobs up and down as she tries to tell him she would follow him wherever he had to go. She was a gift to him and she didn't intend to let him go. She had nowhere else to go, but back to the Inlet and she wasn't about to go back to the life she just escaped. Liland leads her to a mare the same breed as he was. They exchange a greeting and then the mare extends a muzzle her way. Sabela smiles sweetly and accepts, taking in the mare's scent to memory. First impressions for Sabela says she was nice.

Like she was used to, Liland introduces her to Zjeena by her name. Sabela only nods and smiles at her new herdmates.
