Rougaru finds himself dredging up from the white capped surf of the oceans that surrounded Tinuvel. He had one single goal in mind today and that was to get back his Celestria. He was not foolish enough to believe that he was in love with the pale gold and white mare, but the daughter of Warsaw had been a gift of sorts, a promise of alliances and one that Rougaru was not willing to give up just yet.

Twin sonars flex amid the mass of cream and caramel colored tresses that splay against the muscular curve of his coffee colored neck. Paper thin nostrils flare as the tall stallion inhales the thick scents of the northern island neighbor. It was true that Rougaru could have taken back over the Dunes, but he did not want it. He wanted something different.

It amused him to know that the Paradise herd of Atlantis had been so easily won, and it stroked his testosterone soaked ego to know that as of now, his was the only herd on the island of Atlantis. He had taken a stroll through the ridge when first he took over Paradise and what scents he had found there were stale and disappearing quickly. Ever the opportune hunter, Rougaru had searched the Ridge for any sign of lone mares wandering without their herd stallion, but it seemed that where ever the stallion disappeared too, also his mares had gone. This lack of success had not deterred him however though, if anything, it made him even more determined.

His next stop had been the Inlet. Warsaw had been his ally once, and with any luck, the offer would still be open. However Rougaru was prepared for whatever hard gaze or biting remarks the gray stallion might issue him, but regardless he was here for one reason and one alone. He wanted Celestria back. There was no deep set love between them, no connecting bond that held them together, but she was a pretty thing, and a proven breeder. Perhaps in time, he might find a connection with her, but for now, it was all about returning a lost treasure to his minagere collection.
