Never let me go

She did not hold eye contact with the mare and she did not stare at her for too long. Sanibel didn't wish to appear rude, but she didn't want this mare to think she was challenging her either. Sanibel was not in the mood for a fight or even an argument. Despite not wanting to fight in the defeated state she was in, she would not stand by and let someone speak only ill of a stallion she obviously did not know.

Her ears flip back as the mare speaks, her words like venom to her ears. It was not in her nature to be violent or angry, but being defensive was something she could do. This was one of those situations where she missed her sister dearly. Sojourner would have already chased this mare away. The mare speaks again and this time assumes Shamwari was weak.

Sanibel knew the red stallion of the Prairie to be the strongest male she knew dispite Rougaru's lucky win. Lucky was defiantly what she would call that beast's capture of her. She knew next time he wouldn't get so lucky. "How well do you know the stallion you entertain here? Are you confident he is worth your time?" Her green eyes lift to the tall mare.

Sanibel decides to question the Freisian as she tries to see how loyal she was to Rougaru. If she was new to this herd there was a chance she could get this mare on her side, but with her responses so far, it was doubtful.
