As I've said before on a couple of occasions on the website, my concern with Trump is the possibility of his taking some "off the top of the head" action on the international scene, without consulting with his military and state department advisers. It looks like the Kurdish situation might have been such an action.
The danger with such actions is that one of them might lead us in to a very dangerous international situation.
Domestically , there is no such concern; this,
because of Trump's lack of a veto-proof majority in the Senate, and because of the filibuster power of the minority party in the Senate.
