If she didn't know any better, she'd think he was amused by her telling him that she had her doubts. She wanted to nip at him now, just to show him how serious she was and that he'd better take it seriously as well. As he pressed against her, she wanted to revel in the feel of his skin on hers, of his closeness. It felt much longer than the actual time apart, just the distance from him. When she said that she was a keeper, he smirked and nudged her before agreeing. When she told him that she would need to get in shape as well for when he was worn down, he didn't say anything but she thought she said his expression soften, as if it meant something to him that she would say that, that she would fight with him. Why wouldn't she? He knew she wasn't meek to confrontation. In fact, she might take pleasure from it. He laughed when she teased him about taking it easy, leaping forward after her. She glanced back over her shoulder, knowing that he could easily catch her if he wanted to. He seemed to be enjoying himself just as much as she was. She threw her head and gave a few more bucks and kicks, laughing as he came up near her flanks. As he reached for her flanks, she squealed and nudged her haunches into him, aiming to give him a little shove even as she tossed her head with a giggle and took off again, faster this time.
