Devil's gonna get you if I don't first

Warsaw is curious by the way Shamwari greets him. Sure, he is on gaurd, but the stallion is less hostile than usual. He only knew Shamwari as an enemy and any enemy would be on gaurd in the vicinity of the other, but they did not try to see each other. Except for the chance at throwing punches and stealing each others mare, they did not have causal converstations. So why were they here now simply talking to him? Warsaw is curious, but never loses right of the bigger picture. Shamwari and this mare want something from him. That was the only explination.

The mare speaks with a sharp tongue and his eyes narrow on her. She acuses him of stealing Hannah, that painted Forest mare he did take from Persephone, but he says nothing to make her statement true. The mare was bold, but he only saw her as a fool. His eyes turn back to Shamwari when the stallion speaks. Shamwari explains his son was part of the reason why they were upon his shores. The chestnut and the painted mare beside time exchange a look. Warsaw snorts, knowing the two were in some kind of pack or team. It was funny because he didn't think Shamwari would need back up especially some mare's helping hoof. In his mind, Shamwari was a strong opponent he had yet to overcome so there was no reason a mare would be needed here. The stranger must have her own reasons for being here, clearly to get after him for stealing Hannah.

Shamwari voices an apology, but Warsaw reponds with a laugh. He couldn't help it. He knew there was no way Shamwari came all this way to say sorry. Warsaw says nothing as Shamwari continues to explain he was sent his son to the Lagoon as punishment. Warsaw finds this interesting since Cullen is his family and ally. Shamwari must know this. "I know you did not come all this way to say sorry." He smirks as the words roll off his tongue. "Your son learned his lesson about stepping onto enemy territory. I'm sure I gave him a bruise or two." He chuckles, eyes flashing with excitment. He would have loved to see his enemy's face when he looked upon Jabari's injuries. "Your lucky Vita Nova was there or he would have been killed." He says, allowing Shamwari to know Jabari had contact with his aunt. Allowing him to know Jabari was alive because of the mercy he granted the stallion for Vita Nova.

Dispite his taunting and their reaponces, Shamwari reveals why they were really here. They wanted to see his Queen. He might have agreed, under his watchful eye, but the mare at the Prairie King's side was awful annoying. The painted mare began sputtering out nonsense. Warsaw glares at her as she rambles, adjusting his weight a few times as his muscles flex and relax in responce. He wanted to attack her, but he finds some restraint. His eyes turn towards Shamwari again. "You got a fiery one there Shamwari. Put a baby in her yet?" He laughs, making jokes to sway his thoughts from wanting to kill the bitch. Death would be the only thing to silence a mare like this. Warsaw stands tall with his attention on the chestnut stallion. "If you would have come alone I might have granted your wish, but your friend here has ruined it for you. Besides, I have already told Jabari to leave Vita Nova and I alone. We are our own family now." Warsaw hints that his relationship with his Queen was more than just possession. They were a family.

He glances Evren's way. "Leave my island and when you do take home the forest mare I stole." He focuses more on Evren now as he snorts, dark eyes glaring at her. His words were still directed towards Shamwari, refusing to properly speak to the mare. "Persephone was supposed to come see me at the start of fall, but I haven't seen her so I assume she wont be arriving to accept the proposal I gave to her months prior." He knew she would refuse. The Forest Queen had already told him no twice before. "Let this Hannah, or whatever, be a reminder to Persephone what choice she has made. As Hannah's belly swells with my seed let her gaze upon my first act of war." His eyes, now blazing with the fire of battle, redirect themselves to Shamwari to see his reaction. This was the begginning of war between Tinuvel and Luthien.
