Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

what a wicked game to play

what a wicked thing to do to let me dream of you

A small part of Fiero wanted to lunge forward and take just a nibble of this little pony before him as irritation begins to bubble just under the surface of his pale skin the more it spoke. Hadn't Fiero just said and explained that the lagoon was his birth home? He didn't need to hear the whole welcome pitch. Thankfully, for Aldofo's sake, a new stallion decides to make his presence known; the smell the palomino carried with him as he casually came closer was one that was most prominent through the lagoon and it's borders. The lagoon boss had come to him.

A small dip of the head from Fiero to the boss is one of respect and a small greeting that he was welcome to join to conversation. Fiero though, was not prepared at the question that leaves the mouth of the palomino before much else can be said. The question that hangs in the air now has Fiero standing a little straighter as he regards the stallion carefully now. "Yes," Fiero pushes the word out with gentle care, almost cautiously, because this male could easily be an enemy of his father who was determined to snuff out all of Rade's lineages.

Thankfully though, Fiero had no need to worry long as the lagoon boss goes on to give his name and the fact that he is a firstborn son of Rade himself. Could be a trick, Fiero ponders, golden eyes continuing to drink in his half sibling but the fact and truth is there in the palomino coat he wears so it is hard for Fiero to think otherwise.

"A pleasure it is then Cullen," Fiero smiles, taking steps that bring him closer and closer to the man that was perhaps all Fiero had left of his father. "You can call me Fiero, son of Rade and Sicily," he softly says after, confirming Cullen's thoughts and questions at once. He could have kept the information to himself but what sort of trust was ever built upon lies?
