Misogyny in the Japanese Workplace

(First of all. For those like myself who are somewhat familiar with the word misogyny, but are not sure about its exact meaning, I checked it out.
The word means prejudice against women).

When I heard Hillary Clinton, on the Fareed Zakaria show this morning, say that many Japanese employers are practicing misogyny, in that they require women in the workplace to wear contact lenses and high heels, I had to check it out on the internet.
The below-linked article indicates that Mrs. Clinton was correct!
