The grey lass chuckled to herself, her blue eyes shining with that light that suggested she really was up to no good, and would only be worse. She enjoyed her life far too much to be hindered by a figure who was basically cardboard with no depth. So she’d seen so far, anyway. And Leyra did, of course, have a tendency to side with her side with her fellow sisters over the men, as they were supposedly able to fight and hold their own more (which she called total bollocks, all the women folk she knew were super strong!)
And she cannot help but laugh at the thought of those on four legs being like bees. And it was so like so many men she knew, that they cried they were coming apart at the seams when they fell ill, or something not so good befell them.
“I do love me some good drama. More the part about dancing around on the edge, or wedging myself into it. It makes every day something new, so we’ll see where this particular brand leads me,” though, she already had an inkling and there was the stirring of discomfort inside her mind, but it passed as soon as it had been realised.
A thought for later.
She listens to the stories of the land called Paradise and to her, that is exactly what it sounded like. And of course, it was very much fun to actually do something rather than just stand around, eat and look gorgeous.
Which could be very tiring.
“That does sound pretty nice. All of it! I just might have to visit this island and your corner of it too. Especially if I wind up with a warning of ‘don’t go to Paradise’ which, to me, means go to Paradise. Who wouldn’t want to wind up in paradise? Shame I missed the fighting and the fun though… I wonder if there will be more of that to come,” she muses.
“So, been here long?”
