It seems as though she is more naive than the other two had originally anticipated, but she doesn’t notice it until Relke seems confused. Or rather, she realized the depth of her ignorance by the level of confusion on both their faces - for all that both are masterful at policing it thereafter.

”Have you not met a stallion before? They are different from mares, physically.”
"Stallion? I have not heard… perhaps Glenna would have known. She was not cloistered,"

She sounds perturbed, but clearly the humor at her ignorance isn’t taken to heart. Relke’s gentle humor softened the blow - and then Rille explains himself for himself. "I do not share the gifts of you and your sisters." It confirms what Relke said, "Suffice to say I shall never bear a foal. That is not my role in life’s cycle. Rather, me and mine assist only in creating life, while our more capable sisters sustain and nurture it with every bit of their being and with far more patience than, say, a stallion could or would." She seems astounded to learn this additional worldly knowledge, eyes regarding him with a small bit of awe and interest. Certainly not the time to ask what witchery comes from stallion to mare to create life before the mare sustained it, but perhaps another time.

Instead she realizes she has been terribly forthright to one she had done nothing but gab at. "I did not catch your name, but if you would like to call me “brother,” you may." Her eyes widen in surprise, clearly never having heard the word before, but she smiles and amends her misstep in greeting. "I am called Elain… I rather like your name." She is not bashful in the affection, clearly not accustomed to intersex interactions when she compliments him with the utter lack of bashfulness perhaps she might have had if she had known that one should be intimidated by attractive creatures you felt something about in the butterflies fluttering in your belly.

"Were the two of you summoned also by this one’s call? Once I heard it I could not keep away. Such majesty the world offers us, and constantly." he says, clearly referencing the waterfall in a similar way to the sisterhood. He bows to the greater fall, when she looks over her back at it she can understand his reverence. It is an awesome architecture of nature. Relke takes the time to nod, not wasting time in admiring and instead answer. She follows with a quick agreement, "Me as well." She parted from Relke and goes the opposite way, giving room to approach like her friend had.

Then Relke asks him of his origin, how he came upon them, and she is curious as well. "Or perhaps you are from here? Are we trespassing?!" she sounds worried, but in the same way as though he were an old friend and she did not anticipate real retribution so much as a proper scolding. "I followed my Glenna here and I did not think her prone to trespassing, but I will apologize for us both, if we are."
