After his short talk with Roheryn, Kamekaze decided he needed to get away for a minute so he took to the water and started the swim to the mainland. Roheryn gave him a title, so now he had privileges and responsibilities and he wasn't sure how he felt about it. Did he really want all that? He'd already beaten a lead stallion back home and then ran away cause the mares insisted he take over as leader and he refused the title. He didn't want that kind of burden! But maybe he was a little more mature now that he used to be and maybe it wouldn't be so bad, right? It's not like he was the leader of the herd or anything. He just had to watch the borders and keep the peace and he could have a family now. But did he want to? That was a responsibility too. He'd never been a father and he wasn't sure he wanted that title either. Raising a kid...that was big stuff. So instead he decided he'd go to the mainland and see if he could find any more friendly faces. He was still bummed the last mare he met here seemed so fun and then she'd disappeared like he had mange or something. Which he didn't, for the record. As he trudged out of the waves, he shook out his summer coat and arched his proud neck before prnacing across the meadow. His tail was up like a banner, dripping salt water all the way as he gave out a hoarse whinny and made his way across the grass. His blue eyes set on the bay roan mare as he went past some trees and he slowed his pace a little to get a better look. She smelled like a herd and she was taller than him, but when had that ever stopped him? Giving his head a toss, the buckskin tovero gave a low nicker to announce himself before he walked a little closer, though giving her plenty of space so she wouldn't feel crowded. Stretching his neck out, he pricked his ears. "Hello, there. Would you mind some company?"
