It did not surprise her that she would have siblings on the islands. Her father had a handful of mares and she was told he had lived here once before. Before meeting her mother that is. He had reclaimed the Dunes that he said was once in his family, but then lost it again. Reclaimed it again and lost it once more. It was confusing really. His flakey nature was one of the reasons she never knew much about him despite living with him her first year of life. Her smile was large as her brother responds to her questions. According to him his mother was doing well, as was her own mother. She hopes her granddam was doing okay too. Scorpio has not heard from the mare since she left the islands back when she was very young. She had said it was her time to move on.

Galahad mentions a stallion named Solomon, but she has never heard of him before. Scorpio doesn’t actually know many horses because she hasn’t really talked to anyone of the new herd yet. She watches them from afar, but so far no one has approached. She often thinks maybe this wasn’t the herd for her, but at the same time she doesn’t wish to leave. She especially doesn’t want to leave Salem. She felt like these sands were made from her very own bones. ”It is nice to hear she is doing well,” she says as Galahad looks around. As soon as he turns back to look at her Galahad was asking her a question. She giggles before answering. ”Yes this is Salem. The Dunes to be exact.” Her white tail swings back and forth as she suddenly reaches out to nip him playfully.

”In fact, our father used to own this part of Salem. Why don’t we play a game of chase so I show you around our family home?” She giggles and nips him again before racing off towards the heart of the Dunes.
