Been eons since I was a Special Courts-Martial advocate, but I think it means the most he could get--and probably will--a Bad Conduct Discharge (BCD). News this morning compared him to General Billy Mitchell, but I don't see it. Different levels of insubordination.

"Laws of the Navy" stanza: "Take heed what you say of your seniors; Keep your words soft spoken and plain; Lest a bird of the air tell the matter; And so ye shall hear it again."
