From article in link in original post...the new NEBSMS will be looking at a maximum 4-hour commute for any competitor in New England. In addition, NEBSMS will be implementing an unaltered crate motor rule and prohibit 3 element wings. Pending testing, no negative impact to speed on any track smaller than a half mile is anticipated.

Oswego is more than four hours and a 5/8 mile track. This may rule out co-sanctioned ISMA races at Oswego, but not at smaller tracks on the east coast. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out. I wanted to wish all the best to NE supermodified competitors as they move forward with this initiative.
