Hearst announced that they are handing out bonuses to employees in next week’s paycheck.
The company is also offering their staff more vacation days this year.
Unlike most TV ownership groups, Hearst is a private company and isn’t just worried about the shareholders. The company even goes so far as to match donations employees make.
If a Hearst staffer wants to donate money to their church, synagogue, or basically any non-profit, the company will match the donation.
