Good morning Dennis, Nice to hear from you and I am fine. unfortunately my Christmas was not so clever as we had a death in the family on Christmas day so I did not celebrate, but, at coming on to 85 years of age next birthday I have no complaints as I have enjoyed many in the past.
After looking at the picture again and also the other picture, I think that the other lads may be more accurate as they are wearing the old badge on their beret and most of the parades that the Regiment held in and around Nicosia, Cyprus were after the issue of the new cap badge, so I am sure that I am wrong!
Quite a few parades in Nicosia were held on the "Moat" and the picture does not look familiar with that location, plus quite a lot of the other venues were held in the surrounding villages and there would not have been as large a crowd as on your photo.
I hope that I have not misled you in my first post and I really hope that one of the golden oldies may identify the location for you.

Just a quickie, 2022 has not been a good year for me as I have been in and out of Bolton hospital with Prostate problems, I have however been given the all clear by the consultant so I am indeed fortunate and will do my very utmost to meet up with you all at the next reunion. god bless.
