CHARITABLE ADVERTISING on Web Site There are many worthwhile charitable causes in existence, but we can only accept sponsorship or fundraising efforts on Fusilier Association websites, that specifically support approved Fusilier charities. This essentially means that it is acceptable to use these pages to seek sponsorship for The Fusiliers Aid Society (which includes Fallen Fusiliers), and The Fusilier Memorial fund only. We now have our own dedicated justgiving site (http://www.justgiving.com/fusiliersaidsociety), which you can use to help raise money for your cause. If you let RHQ (Asst Regt Sec) know the specific cause you are raising money for, it will be directed to the correct fund. Messages soliciting sponsorship for causes or charities other than the Fusilier ones mentioned above should not be placed on the message board and may be removed by the Webmaster. MOZZAGROGNA MEMORIAL/ PUB LUNCH 02 FEB 2023

1. General - On the 2nd February, there will be a short wreath laying ceremony to commemorate the Battle of Mozzagrogna 1943. This will be held at the Holy Sepulchre Church without Newgate in Holborn, City of London .

The event will involve wreaths being laid in commemoration of 1RF and 1/5 GR. It is intended that the ceremony will involve members of the successor regiments of those that fought in the battle during WW2 in Italy in 1943.

After the ceremony official guests will be invited to the informal pub lunch held at RHQ RRF, HM Tower of London.

2. The event will follow the following format and timings:

By 1045 - Assemble at Holy Sepulchre Without Newgate.

1050 � Visit RF Chapel. View the battle of Mozzagrogna video.

1010 � Ceremony begin

1125- Ceremony completed.

1130 � Group photo.

1230 � Pub Lunch at RHQ HM Tower of London.

3. Pub Lunch. It is essential that anyone wishing to attend the Pub Lunch must book in for lunch by Thurs 26th of January. Due to official guest attending, the places available will be lower than usual.
