Psychology Today would accuse you of “gaslighting,” rman, because you accuse others of doing things that YOU do and will not admit to.
What am I talking about? You have a few themes that you repeat, over and over. One of them is, blaming Reagan and the Republicans for things you see that are wrong with this country, while you and your Democrat idols WILL not or CANNOT do anything to correct those problems.
Example: the homeless/helpless people in this country. You say Reagan and the Repubs threw the mentally and physically handicapped out of hospitals and asylums and onto the streets years ago, but - -
Let’s put things into perspective:
Reagan defeated “Peanut-Man" Carter, an ineffective Democrat, in 1980. Carter hadn’t accomplished anything in the four years he was in office. He was opposed by Ted Kennedy and most of his own party. Carter had a family of drunks and religious crack-pots who SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN the loony bins Reagan was emptying.

From 1980 thru 2023, 42 years plus a few months, we’ve had 24 years of Repub Presidents and 18+ years of Dem Presidents. In their 18+ years, the Dems have not done anything to help the homeless/helpless.
You mentioned California’s problems with the homeless/helpless. In the same 1980 to 2023 period, the California GOVERNOR’S office has had the same 24R/18D split. Sometimes, the Repub or Dem Governors’ years have been concurrent with the Presidency, and sometimes not.
There’s no evidence to that the Dems have done anything to help California’s homeless/helpless.
