Bad week for horse racing, ARA going to be all over them with what went down. Deserves them right for not backing the greyhound racing industry. Gulfstream was not happy about being excluded from decoupling (land redevelopment opportunities plus casino). Same thing for all other tracks required to race for slots/poker/sports betting. It will be a while, but horse tracks will decline if racing is not State mandated to have other forms of gambling. Only 2 greyhound tracks left in West Virginia, Delaware North (owner of both tracks) support decoupling.
