She retreats quickly into the forest to hide from shame. She has failed her precious firstborn again! A growl leaves her lips as she stomps hard into the earth. How could this happen? At least this time Devi said she would be okay considering this stallion fathered her child, but Parvati wasn't certain. Instead of asking for her daughter’s hoof, the stallion attempts to steal her. When that failed he came back to fight to own her and their child. Was owning them all that the stallion cared about? Parvati had high hopes her daughter would find true love and not have to deal with the drama she had. Stallions just didn't understand!

Parvati debates what to do as her head hangs in defeat. The champagne painted mare leans against a thick tree as she slightly holds up her injured from leg. Bruises and bite marks line her coat, but she is not seeking sympathy from her Guard. She wants him to listen to her failures and hear her confession. He may even just go to the Lagoon to confront this Lagoon stallion himself. Maybe he would hear her confession and decide to stay. But once he knew she could not give everything to him the decision could finally be made. Would he stay or go?
