I was making a quick drive to one of my favorite fast-food drive-throughs yesterday evening. The busy street I was on passes through a mile, maybe less, that is notorious for cops writing shitloads of tickets.
Most of us figure that town funds most of its city budget by writing traffic tickets.
I saw ONE police car with a speeder pulled over on my way TO the drive-through. In a matter of minutes, on my way BACK, I saw TWO police cars in that same neighborhood, EACH with a speeder pulled over.
