I open at the close (Helios/Daffodil/open))

Romaro's anger and adrenaline had driven him all the way to the Lagoon and back to Helios, where Daffodil and their son eagerly awaited his return. Unsure if anyone else had come with them, his conflicted feelings of rage, grief, and shame consumed him, overwhelming his senses. During the journey back, he couldn't shake the troubling thoughts. Had he acted too hastily? Should he have sought a peaceful resolution? His mind drifted to Ironclad, the trusted friend who had always been his voice of reason. Regret washed over Romaro as he realized the gravity of his actions.

Upon reaching Helios's territory, a sense of remorse and guilt engulfed him, prompting him to question his own strength and decisions. Disheartened, he called out for Helios, hoping for an outside perspective to help him control the monster that had taken hold of him. Yet, deep down, he couldn't help but doubt whether anyone else could sway the beast within him, if Daffodil couldn't.

In a moment of vulnerability, he lamented his perceived weakness, addressing his deceased friend as if he were standing right next to him. "How could I be so weak? Oh, Ironclad, you’d be so ashamed of the mess I’ve made. You trusted me to protect the Shore, but I have failed you, my brother. It breaks my heart to think it will never be repaired." Romaro spoke as if Ironclad's spirit was present, seeking solace in the ethereal surroundings.
