Vitam impendere vero. (Claim) Posted on July 13, 2024 at 10:15:06 PM by Nahawi
Things were going in a direction that made one's heart actually beat to a living rhythm. It's caused a creature of red coloring to hold a smile upon his face and eyes of blue to not look so hollow. Life had been rough as of late with things not going according to plan and everything else just slipping through his fingers, but all in all things couldn't really be much worse. He had seen and spoken to Vadim. He had gained a member out of Rath. This stallion was seeing things better, but that didn't mean everything really was better.
Lifting large hooves over fallen trees and meandering through the forest rimmed commons, Nahawi listened to the animals up above. Soft songs of tweety type birds and the caws of crows had the red dun stallions ears tilted upward and perked. His blue gaze flickered up every so often, but he managed to keep himself mostly on track. He was once again searching for herd members, but he wasn't entirely sure what he would find in this journey.
Walking forward with his mind a wander, Nahawi barely registered he was headed for another equine. It was only when he heard a squeaked voice and then a sentence that he pulled himself from his mental wandering and gave a faint blush upon his already red cheeks. Normally he was on point with where he was going and fully there mentally, but on this fall day he was wandering elsewhere internally.
“No worries miss. As I also was not paying attention to where I was going.” A smile lined the stallions face then as he dipped his head towards her. “My name is Nahawi. I'm sorry for almost running into you.” It was a kind start to their meeting in a way, even if he was kinda dorky with the way he stood there. Front legs were spread and he looked more like a lost foal than a stallion in the face of this mare, but she was there and had caught him in a mental run. Replies:
