Rules � The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders. � Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission. � All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say. � Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met. � You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page. � Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

For all you know, I'm a peach- A derisive snort came out of her nose at that -or a good listener.

Daffodil watched him, taking care to keep her expression irritated and not let him see the light flicker of curiosity that might�ve stirred in her. Again, she remembered Kestrel telling her of their father being from the Lagoon and the way their mother had loved him. Again, she dismissed the thoughts and remembered Insengrim and Lucifer, instead. It was easier to hate them all when she kept them tucked under the same umbrella.

Yet, the entire time she had been here in the Lagoon she had occasionally seen and smelled this stallion near her... he'd never once forced himself into her space. Even now, there was a small cushion between them.

Don�t you even want to try and find out?

�No.� She said flatly, gave a quick flick of her tail, and turned her profile toward him. It might�ve seemed like that was all she aimed to say, given the way she somewhat stuck her gray muzzle into the air and turned her ears back.

But only a second passed and then, �Why are you even here then?� Exasperated, she couldn�t keep from asking as she turned to look at him again� she almost appeared bewildered. �Why would you live somewhere where these horrible men live and call them your brothers?�
