This is my resurrection

Zurok could feel the weight of responsibility as he stood with his small herd in the Inlet, waiting for Parvati. His mares had shown unwavering loyalty to him, and he was grateful for their trust. Watching Sangria frolicking and Alister playing, he felt a surge of affection for his family. "I'm glad you're all with me," he said, addressing his herd. "I promise I will have us a home of our own soon."

As the sound of approaching hooves reached his ears, Zurok turned his attention to the newcomer. Parvati's presence brought a sense of comfort, her familiar scent filling the air. A soft smile crossed Zurok's face as he greeted her with a gentle nicker. Moving closer, he brushed his muzzle against her shoulder, feeling a sense of peace settle over him. "It's good to see you, Parvati. How are our beautiful children?" he inquired, his voice filled with warmth.

Before long, Zurok broached the topic that had brought him to seek refuge with Parvati's herd. "I'm hoping to stay with my herd until I can secure a territory of our own. Would it be alright if we stayed for a bit? Fell had taken leave and never returned. Another stallion assumed leader position before I could defend the Bay." he answered, his eyes reflecting his desire to protect and provide for his family. Sangria continued to play in the background, her joyful antics a stark contrast to the weight of the situation.

Suddenly, another set of hoof steps interrupted the scene. A grullo mare with two white stockings emerged from the shadows, followed by a fiery red filly. Zurok's heart skipped a beat as he recognized Tifa, his daughter. Her sharp words and defiant expression did not faze him; instead, he greeted her with love and pride. "It is good to see you, Tifa," he said, his voice unwavering. "Is that my beautiful granddaughter? I knew you'd have a lovely foal."

As Sangria and Heart began to play, oblivious to the tension surrounding them, Zurok felt a sense of determination building within him. He knew that he had to protect his family at all costs, even if it meant seeking refuge with another herd temporarily. With Parvati's support and the loyalty of his mares, Zurok was confident that they would weather any storm that came their way.
