Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

Quiet seemed to be the nature of the current house guest that Garmr silently watched from the shadows. It was not the first time that he had laid eyes upon the painted Tinuvel stallion, and each time he found himself to be mildly intrigued, but not enough to approach. The stranger did not bellow out his complaints, or stand with such disgust and disdain for his environment like many of the others. He simply endured. Garmr wished Leif brought in more like him, than the mares who annoyed him endlessly just by their existence.

“You’re time is nearly up.” the Boss said, when he finally decided to approach. “I won’t be hopeful that you’ll miss us.” A clear joking tone in the large stallion’s voice. A way to hopefully put this stallion at ease, not that Garmr had ever been very good at that. “Leif hasn’t been very good at keeping you company, so I thought I might, before you go home.”

“What is it like? You’re home.” Garmr asked, rather than introducing himself or asking for the stallion’s name. To him, neither mattered. He doubted he would ever see this stallion again, nor would him being Boss sway this conversation. Garmr’s curiosity was the only thing driving him on in this moment, and he wasn’t much for denying his desires. “Curious minds wander, sometimes, and I wonder what it is that pulls you to go back.”
