GUIDELINES
common sense, really
i. the Prairie stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity among the islands
ii. anyone is welcome to live here so long as they do not bring harm to the Prairie or any of it's residents
iii. adventure and exploration is not only allowed, but encouraged! residents are asked to use their better judgement and not travel to places that could bring them harm
iv. the head of the prairie has final say in all prairie matters. the secondary and third positions are not able to be challenged for and are selected by the head
v. the guardians take on a more active role in the prairie; they must protect the inhabitants of the prairie and go on patrols of the prairie borderlines and shore. they can welcome strangers to the prairie and invite anyone to live here, though they must inform one of the leaders of any newcomers or visitors
Happiness in Spades.

CRUISE
stallion | 15.0hhs | grulla | of the lost forest

Such big words for such a little male. Tilting his head, Cruise listened to the man before his ears flicked and a snort escaped his lips. “Big words.” He muttered, his brain not entirely understanding what ally meant, but he did not really care. “You fwiens wiff me da?” That was all that mattered to Cruise, that this Zevuwun dude was friends with his family. Blinking Bacardi’s passed down eyes up at Zevulun, Cruise waited.

Being distracted quickly, the colt heard what the cream stallion said and then nodded, his short tail wagging. “I love water!” Cold water eased his legs, which Cruise was not fully aware of just yet. As he had no lacerations that oosed just yet, his legs enjoyed the water and the swelling would go down. Once he got older and his defect became more prominent, it would become less easy for him to be in water. At that point, he would have to go stand in the ocean and let the salt water pull at the infection in his legs to ease the pain.

Not even waiting for Zevulun to reply, Cruise moved forward and his body went close to the Prairie leads. Depending on if Zevulun stood still, Cruise’s side would rub against the pale stallions as he headed to look at the grasses a bit off, wondering if they would lead him to the river. The colt was all happy to do anything, but in time she would grow less likely to handle such endeavors. When Cruise was an adult… he might barely be able to feed himself being on his legs. So while he was still a colt and unknowing of the future, he did anything he could to explore and enjoy himself while his sisters stayed home with his parents.
