Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

MY OWN FAULT.

That had been… disappointing. Staring at the corpse with a heavy sigh, Rutger shook his head before moving away from the fallen Lagoon General. His long tail flicked against his ankles before he just moved on entirely. His red and white body that was growing more and more grey as the years went by spoke of him becoming more white than red in his later years. His green eyes held a tiredness that spoke of a life with nothing to show for it. He had been a silent part of the lagoon and just working around what he had to and training, but Rutger had not been doing anything else.

Humming under his breath, Rutger moved around the edge of the bog with his head higher than usual. His ears were perked forward as he listened to the sounds around him while also avoiding one body surprisingly well so far. With Tyr in the Lagoon, Rutger had been avoiding his father like the plague. He did not need to see dear ol’ dad while he was here doing god knows what. Rutger was not as rough as the rest, but he certainly was not a good stallion either. Rolling his eyes at his internal monologue though, Rutger snorted and just headed further into the Lagoon with his tail lashing at his hocks against the cold winter chill.
