GUIDELINES
common sense, really
i. the Prairie stands as a symbol of peace and prosperity among the islands
ii. anyone is welcome to live here so long as they do not bring harm to the Prairie or any of it's residents
iii. adventure and exploration is not only allowed, but encouraged! residents are asked to use their better judgement and not travel to places that could bring them harm
iv. the head of the prairie has final say in all prairie matters. the secondary and third positions are not able to be challenged for and are selected by the head
v. the guardians take on a more active role in the prairie; they must protect the inhabitants of the prairie and go on patrols of the prairie borderlines and shore. they can welcome strangers to the prairie and invite anyone to live here, though they must inform one of the leaders of any newcomers or visitors
There's no such thing as a nightmare.

The touch was soft and gentle. It was warming in a way Dreamer had not experienced in so long that her eyes closed for a minute, taking it in. The last person to give her just a faint bit of what she offered was her older sister who she longer knew the whereabouts of. Blinking her eyes open as Lir pulled back, Dreamer let out a soft breath and stepped back a few steps herself. This was something new, but the young mare was thankful and it showed in how her lips held a tender smile. Both of these two needed something, but maybe they could find a piece of it in each other's company.

Hearing his questions, the mare gave a soft nod. “If you do not mind… I would like to patrol with you.” Dreamer was not ready just yet to be on her own. She wanted to spend time with someone and right now the one before her was Lir. He was calm, something she was thankful for and allowed her sweet nature to just be what it was. Not tamping down on anything, Dreamer turned her head to look over her shoulder. “I would love to learn of this place. What better teacher than the one that leads it and has lived here longer than I?” Giving a chuckle, she looked back over at Lir. He could show her the borders and point out things she would have never known without him most likely.
