Always been part of the population Posted on February 17, 2025 at 10:01:14 AM by Daniel I
I've seen it, and it has been worse this year. But it is a part of American Jai Alai.
It is the same type of people:
1) The "In My Day" group: Fans who just complain that the play isn't what it once was. That was happening in 1995, definitely in 2025 (don't know what you expect from these kids) and I'm guessing 1985.
2) The "It's fixed" group--Not here to argue the point, though the thought that it comes directly from the fronton itself is bizarre.
3) The comedians--Fans who have some information to razz on the players and think they are funny. This was prevalent in my Milford days and I saw it a lot in the chat when Miami Jai Alai was going.
4) The "doesn't matter" fans--Often not malicious, but put a dark cloud on everything because the end is nigh.
