The steel of a sword only punctures if the owner wills it.

Resting there against the tall tree, Yaga let her body just rest. There was a lot she could be doing, but with the way her mind just sought out peace, she knew this was where she needed to be. She saw no reason to move from where she stood, to check the edges of her home over and over again when she had recently done so. With Roya in one section, she did not have as much to work anyways. Blinking open her eyes however when she heard hoof beats heading her way, the grey draft cross licked her damp lips when the form of who was coming became clear through the drizzling rain that worked passed some of the cedar and pine tree needles.

Flicking one ear forward, the mare gave a faint smile before shrugging her shoulders. “Afternoon.” She started off with her voice soft before she lifted her head to hold herself a bit better. She was not quite close enough with anyone here yet to be seen slouching even if that was all that she wanted to do. “I am… doing alright. Contemplating decisions.” And that she was. Internally without showing outwardly, Yaga was considering her next steps. There were a few she could take, but her mind was unsure of the correct course of action. It ate at her, causing her to second guess every decision she could be making. There was a lot she did not know and even if she had a territory now, it was not something she was given by birth right.

Pulling out of her mental cage, the golden eyed mare tilted her head faintly as the rain slowly trickled down her body after splatting against her fur. “How are you?” She asked, putting the question back on Dagda. He deserved to be asked as well, even if it was just simple manners. She had a few, but lately she had not been showing any of them. Licking her lips after her words, the mare just stood patiently before her body just relaxed anyways. Against her better judgement, she tucked against the tree again for support. Dagda would not hurt her, so she could rest without fear, something she felt in her gut.
