It was nice to know he had Raini looking for Panda and his daughters. The more eyes watching for them meant they were bound to find them if they did return. Nico couldn't dwell on it any longer because Raini didn't deserve it. Tino was playing, she had some time to speak with him alone, and he needed to use this time wisely. He moved the conversation to an opportunity he didn't want to miss. If he was going to get more personal with Raini they would need to talk specifics now before Tino was back at her side.

His smile grows when he sees her smiling at his words. He was happy to hear she agreed about Tino. Having another foal to call son was a blessing and he couldn't wait to tell Tino about his adopted heritage. Maybe he would even start introducing himself with the traditional name introductions. He smiles. It was always exciting starring something new despite the looming doom of what may happen if he ever lost her. Just like Lucine and Panda. Raini turns the conversation back to Tino as her gaze returns to the foals playing. "I'm sure he will be fine." He comments. From the sound if it, it has been a long time since Tino has been able to play freely.

Raini's next words spin his head back around towards her. She was no longer smiling so the smile on his own face faded out slowly. "Of course I'll listen." It was obviously something important to her so it would be important to him too.
