Amberlyn was shaking her head, trying to get the water droplets from her caramel coloured mane. She wasn’t really paying attention to what was going on around her until she heard a horse call. Her head shot up as that was pretty close. Small ears flicking round to pinpoint the sound before her eyes followed, spotting the large draft type coming towards her. Interesting, he was pretty cute with all that dark mane.
She smiled when he approached her latha math she echoed, I’m not sure what that means she said, a tickling laugh following her voice, she guessed it was some foreign language but wasn’t sure which.
As he continued to talk however she became more and more confused, he wasn’t making much sense to her, but then she could hear the nerves in his voice. She wondered what he was nervous about, talking to others? Or was it just her? She let him ramble on until she was sure he was finished.
She chuckled, tilting her head slightly, Well Dagda of the Forest, I’m so sorry but I didn’t understand anything you just said she replied with a gentle smile. She didn’t want to embarrass him but honestly she had no idea what he was talking about. In truth the whole thing was pretty cute, seeing such a big horse becoming some tongue tied and nervous.
What’s the Forest? And you said about looking for member to join? Urmm join what? She questioned, he hadn’t actually said what they would be joining. When he asked if she was alone her eyebrows raised and she purposely looked at the empty space around her I mean unless you can see someone I can’t, then yes I’m alone she joked before giving him a flirtatious smile Well at least until you came.
She tilted her head slight Maybe we could start over she said gently. My name is Amberlyn.
