It was do hard to watch Tino in this moment. The little shakes of his body and all his questions. It was clear how upset he was, but he was holding it together better than he expected. Nico thought there would be more shouting. More tears. Tino asks who took her, where she was taken, and why. "His name is Annubis, but that is all I know about him. As to why he took your mother I dont know." It was true he did not know Annubis. Their fight was their first interaction and he could only assume he stole Raini to grow his herd.

One detail he did keep from Tino was where Raini had been taken. Tino then asks is he could come with them. He had kept the location of Annubis's home for the very reason. Nico shakes his head. The colt protests again when he asks him to stay with Parvati. "It is not a good idea." He sighs with his head hanging a bit lower. "I will see to it that she is okay. Put a little trust in me okay Tino?" He asks the colt before reaching out his muzzle to gently touch his shoulder.

"I spoke with your mother before she was taken about adopting you. I could never replace your real father, but I hope that one day you will see me as a parental figure." He pulls back with a sad smile. "Please put some trust in me and I will bring her home to you." He was anxious to get going, but he needed to hear Tino's answer first.
