You guys want to blame anyone but yourselves. The exempts aren't in the firehouse everyday making sure you do what you are supposed to. Time to look in the mirror instead of passing the buck. Losers blame others then do nothing You can continue to whine and complain or you can step up, be a leader and hold people accountable right in the firehouse everyday. The exempts won't save you. The exempts won't check out your SCBA for you. The exempts won't do a drill on something your company is weak on. I make sure we work on our weakness, talk tactics and hold my guys accountable. This isn't what is happening in most firehouses. You know it, I know it. Stop lying to yourself.
